Contact Form Data

When you submit the contact form, I collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), subject, and message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Contact Form Security Data

Alongside a contact form submission, I automatically record the IP address and browser user-agent string the message was sent from. This is used only to detect and block spam or abuse of the form — never to identify or profile you — and it is deleted on the same 90-day schedule as the message itself.

Usage Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to collect basic usage data — page views, referring site, browser type, operating system, and approximate geographic region (country-level). It runs with Google Consent Mode set to denied by default, which means it operates in cookieless mode: no analytics cookie is stored on your device and no persistent identifier is assigned to you. The data I receive is aggregated only — I cannot tell whether two visits came from the same person, and I cannot identify you from it.

What I Do Not Collect

I do not collect payment information, precise location data, or any sensitive personal information. No tracking or advertising cookies are set, and no cross-site tracking is performed. Aside from the anti-spam data described above, no device or browser fingerprinting is performed.

Responding to Messages

Your contact form submission is used exclusively to reply to your inquiry. I will not use your email address for unsolicited marketing or newsletters unless you explicitly request it.

Improving the Site

Aggregated, anonymous analytics data is used to understand which content is most useful, identify broken pages, and improve overall site performance.

No Selling or Sharing

Your personal data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Period.

Google Analytics

Usage statistics are processed by Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-SSSGYPRKZ8), configured in cookieless mode as described above. Your IP address is transmitted to Google to derive the country-level region, and is not stored by Google in that form. Review Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com.

Google Fonts

This site loads Inter and JetBrains Mono typefaces via Google Fonts. When fonts are fetched, your IP address may be logged by Google as part of their standard infrastructure. Review Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com.

Vercel

This website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect server-side request logs (IP addresses, request paths, timestamps) for security and infrastructure purposes. The site also runs Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which record page views, referring site, country, device type, and page-loading performance timings. Both are cookieless — they store nothing on your device and do not assign you a persistent identifier across days. All of this is governed by Vercel's privacy policy.

Links to GitHub profiles and repositories are provided for reference. Clicking these links directs you to GitHub's platform, which has its own privacy policy and data practices.

Contact Form Submissions

Messages submitted via the contact form are retained for 90 days from the date of submission, after which they are permanently deleted. If an ongoing business relationship results from your message, relevant communication may be retained longer with your knowledge.

Analytics Data

Anonymous analytics data (page views, browser statistics) is aggregated and does not contain personally identifiable information. It may be retained indefinitely in summary form.

Access & Deletion

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data I hold about you. Simply email tanvir@mokammeltanvir.com with your request and I will respond within 7 business days.

Withdrawal of Consent

If you have provided personal information and wish for it to be removed, contact me at any time. I will honor all reasonable deletion requests promptly.
